  1. If only I had someone to teach me the grain, then I might know the difference between what amaranth and lentils look like. I think you should do a post of grain knowledge and veggie/herb knowledge, that would be fun. Speaking of herbs, I was filling up on fennel the other day at Winco and this lady asked me what I used fennel in as she has always wanted to try it, but never had a recipe that called for it.
