Happy 3rd, 4th, and 5th!

Independence Day is the most widely celebrated holiday in Provo. All the main streets are congested, stores close down, and this year, since the 4th is on Sunday, we get a three-day weekend. We had a barbeque and then, my roommate, See, and I went down to Center St. in the evening to check out the carnival-type events, before heading over to the fireworks. Here are some photos from the night's excursions.

{Free balloons from the Constitution Party--don't worry, I think they are nuts, too}

{Chelsea made some very festive cupcakes}

{Mmm...cotton candy}

{And of course, fireworks}

Happy Independence Day!
